electricity leakage in dell xps 15
I bought an xps15 a year ago. When I connect to AC power I get an electric shock when I touch the aluminium cover of the metal lining around the keyboard. Please help me with this issue. This happens only when I connect to AC power.

Hi Abinesh,
Welcome to the Dell community.
Please accept my apologies for the concern that you are facing with your computer. It looks to be a concern with the AC Adapter or the Adapter port. I believe you would have already tried swapping the power sockets for the AC Adapter.
If possible, please try and arrange a different AC Adapter for the XPS 15 and use it with your computer to effectively isolate the failure between the Adapter and the port on the motherboard.
