enable configuration settings with a Latitude c800
I need to change the boot sequence on my latitude c800 but the cursor will not move. The configuration settings is disabled. Do I need to enable it to make the changes? If yes, how is this done.

I have figured out that I need the password for admin in order to enable the settings. I do not have the password and I know that I have to contact Dell to get it.
