http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/ modded drivers-- is fixed aspect display ratio possible?

I recently got the latest modded driver (56.72) from http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/ and I don't think it's possible to use fixed aspect display ratio (bars on the sides-for games and stuff that don't support widescreen).  Although it's not really too big of an issue, I'm just wondering if maybe I overlooked a setting that would make this feature possible.
