I think yes, the system been disconnected from main power for any period of time without a charged main battery. It's sister's notebook and she has used it rarly. 6 month ago, she gived me the notebook because there was this error. I have tryed to use a charged main battery, but always the same error. Maybe it's better to replace the CMOS battery, but where can i buy it ?

It is inside the battery compartment behind a small door.
It is very unusual for a reserve battery to fail in a system this new - what are the symptoms you're looking to fix?

If it's a CMOS password you're trying to remove, by the way, disconnecting the battery will not do it.

Has the system been disconnected from main power for any period of time without a charged main battery? The CMOS battery charges from the main battery - it may simply have lost its charge if so.
