inspiron 9400 blank screen on boot

Hello! i have inspiron 9400 laptop!

From today i cant boot it as normal. When i start it i have black screen just right after windows boot logo. Nothing happens next.

But i still cat boot it in safe mode and login to my windows account.

While booting (post bios) i can see strange green lines and dots on screen.

I have also found i can boot it in vga mode, but if i try to install video adapter (or change resolution to higher)- it just goes blank all the time untill i remove or disable geforce in windows configuration. 

what i can i do?
