inspiron n5110 battery
The charger/adapter is good and powers the unit with or without the battery installed. But even though all diagnostics indicate the battery is fine, it does not charge. Neither of 2 new batteries will charge. Charger shows up in BIOS as 65W. Any suggestions?

If you're sure the adapter is a Dell OEM unit and it's recognized - and one or more batteries won't charge - the odds are it's the mainboard that's faulty.
