installation of ishareit.com problem

i downloaded the ishareit.com music downloading system on my i9100 w/xp professional, and i cannot get the program to open fully so i can do the search option to start downloading music, is there a firewall blocking me or is it the norton antivirus program keeping this from happening? please help someone as i cannot get through to a dell technician for help.
