my lap top stopped working suddenly
Good After noon
I have dell inspiron 15
Today my brother was using it suddenly it shut ed down . then i tried to turn it on i pressed the power it didn't turn on only there is light from the lamp of the power . I tried to connect the device direct with the charger it's the same I don't know what should I do . Please can you help me

Unplug the system, remove the battery and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Remove and reinstall both memory modules (on most models, this means simply removing the base cover). Plug in without the battery and try again - if it'll power up, install the battery and try again. if it powers up without but not with the battery, the battery is faulty. If it doesn't power up with or without the battery, the mainboard is bad.
