"W" Chiclet Key comes off - Help!
Any suggestions for how to go about getting the "w" key fixed? It is loose and totally comes off when carrying in my case. Thanks!

The keyboard needs to be replaced. If you reply with the system model number (i.e., Inspiron 5571, XPS L502x, etc.) someone can point you to the correct keyboard to purchase.

On this model, the palmrest-touchpad and keyboard are one assembly that must be replaced as a unit.
