Here're files that can't be repaired. 
Any suggestion to fox these file?
I didn't have window cd but i have dell partition, i wonder how to access these file and fix it?

 -- What exactly is the issue that you're facing with the computer which made you run the run/sfc scannnow?
 -- What is the system Model?
 -- Were there any recent hardware or software changes made on the computer?
 -- What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
 -- Since when are you facing this issue?

I just format this computer for 3 months and I found some minor issues.
 

I don't t know what is the exactly problems. Here's the problem that i found when i recover windows.
 

1.When i plug earphone sometime the sounds still plying via speaker. I had to manually choose to change sound to earphone.
 

2. whenever I go to dell battery meter and click on turn off battery charging and click ok. This panel always not responding. It always say Battery meter has stopped working.
 

 

before recover windows there aren't any of these above problem. But it keep frozen, that's why i decide to recover and this prob goes away.

Hi,
 

Thank you for replying. As you have mentioned that you re-installed windows, I would like to know how you re-installed windows. 
 -- Was it through PC Restore (Factory Image) or Clean Re-installation of the Operating System from the media (Recovery Disks)? 
 -- Post re-installation did you install the drivers in the correct order?
 
 I would also suggest you to run the Pre-Boot System Assessment (PSA / ePSA) Diagnostics. It is just to check the functionality of the hardware installed in the computer. Run the test and check if gives any error code. Note down the error code and update me with the same, would let you know the next course of action.

If I remembered correct, I use the recovery disk to reinstall system.
 

I also run PSA and there was no any errors. All hardware test passed.

Thank you for replying. After re-installing the Operating system,did you install the drivers in the correct order? It is very important to install the drivers in the correct order. If the drivers are not installed in the correct order, the computer might face several issues. 
 
 There are a couple of steps I would recommend you to try to drill down the issue. 
 -- Run a system test from the  PC Check Up. 
 -- Update the BIOS to the latest version. 

**NOTE: Few things to ensure before updating the Bios is, the Ac Adapter should be plugged in and the battery should have minimum of 15% charge. No other external peripherals should be connected to the computer. Please ensure that the Bios update should not be interrupted else it would damage the motherboard.

I already do PC check up everything pass
 

also updated bios.
 

For installing driver in correct order, I'm not sure so what should I do?
 

Reinstall everything?

After re-installing windows, we need to install the drivers for the computer. That is the time when we need to follow the correct order to install the drivers. Regarding the issue that you are facing, I would suggest installing the audio drivers and quick-set which might help us in fixing the issue.

Dell battery meter already work!! It doesn't not responding anymore.
 

However, 
 

I tried everything above and rescan sfc /scannow. It's still show the same result.

Apologies for the late response. Since the issue occurred after re-installing windows, I would suggest a clean re-installation of the operating system and installing the drivers in the correct order. Please ensure to delete all the previous partitions and create a new partition to install a fresh copy of windows. This might help us in fixing this issue.
 
 
**Note: Please ensure to back up all the data from your computer before performing the PC Restore as it would erase everything from your computer.

so These method is to format entirely hard disk am i right?
 

and how should I have the window file and do I need to create a partition for recovery drive?

Hi,
 

Yes, it is to format the entire hard drive. We need to delete all the partitions before we choose to install the fresh copy of windows and create a new partition and assign it to install windows in it. We do not need to create the recovery partition when we are doing a clean re-installation of windows, as the recovery partition is already deleted from the computer once you have re-installed the windows from the disks.
