start up problems
when i turn my inspiron laptop on i get the followingwindow error recovery
it then wants me to choose regular start up or launch start up repair
neither works

Hi,
Welcome to the Community. I suggest you first run a diagnostic on your hard drive. Press the F12 key at the Dell Logo on startup, select diagnostics and run an extended diagnostics on your hard drive. Post back with any error codes.
If the hard drive test pass. Then I suggest you do a PC restore ( Note: All data will be lost ) use the below link for help.
