system not booting and entering boot options,setup and diagnostic mode

Hi

I have alienware 14.got it in mid 2014.

Recently I installed windows 10 and it taking so much time to start.so I decided to.go.back to.windows 8.

I copied my friends system image (alienware 14) to external hard disk then

then I entered advanced settings and restored by using  image.

But my wifi is not shown.

so this time I choose d alienware respawn to restore.

but  after restore is complete.my device stuct at start screen and wont even enter boot options,setup,diagnostics.

it just shows the starting logo and no changes
