upgrade processor in Dell Latitude c400
Service Tag: < ADMIN NOTE : Service tag removed per privacy legal >, in service 2002. Dell informed me that there is no upgrade to the processor. I wanted to confirm that information. For occasional work on the road, this notebook is OK, just slow. I maxed out the RAM slots, but would like to increase processor speed. Any suggestions on a faster processor?

Depends on what you have - the fastest mobile Pentium3m is the 1.2 GHz model. These haven't been made in the better part of a decade - if you can find one, it'll be used.
