i tried to switch game to amd graphic card but didnt complete

Check with the game publisher - this game is very well known for not working well with hybrid video setups -- it really needs a system with a true, dedicated GPU.

Be sure you understand that your GPU is simply a co-processor -- ALL video data, even if processed through the AMD GPU -- will pass through the Intel GPU on its way to the screen. Only the Intel GPU has a physical connection to the screen. The Intel GPU will as a result, ALWAYS show active - even if the AMD GPU is working behind the scenes.
It's not clear where you're looking to determine which GPU is in use.

It isn't clear that's not what's happening - and this system is on the order of 5-6 years old -- so even at best, the system will be marginal for gaming in 2017.
