Acer AC adapter to dell
Acer Charger to dell laptop?
Hi everyone ,
can i use Acer charger to dell laptop with
Same input but the Dell =100-240V 1.5A(1.5A) 50-60Hz Acer = 100-240V 1.8A (50-60hz)
Output Dell is = 19.5V(19.5V) 3.34A(3.34A) Acer = 19V 3.42A
Dell inspiron 1520
and acer Travel mate 800 (OLD)

This is Abdul from Dell technical support, I went through the details. Although the output of both the AC-adaptors are same, still we would
recommend using only the Dell AC-adaptor as they are specifically designed for the Dell system. Also, it is likely that there would be some physical differences between the Acer adaptor and the port on the Dell, due to which they may not be compatible.
Hence we strongly recommend the Dell Ac-adaptor for Dell systems
