DELL INSPIRON 14R (N4110) graphics driver issues

I have both Intel® HD Graphics 3000 and AMD RadeonTM HD 6470M with 1GB dedicated installed in my laptop. When I choose the "Power Saving" configuration for switchable graphics, all my programs work fine but the 3D applications run very slow. When I choose the "High Performance" setting, my computer goes on blue screen. 

Do you have any suggestions to what I should do?
