If the Touchpad option is not there, it indicates that the touchpad driver needs to be installed. Please install the touchpad driver from the link below and then try the steps on the above post to check zoom and scrolling settings.
You can check and modify the touchpad settings according to your need. Please follow the steps below to change touchpad settings like finger gestures and scrolling options.
Click on the Windows Start button and type in "mouse" on the search bar.
Open the mouse tab listed on top.
Inside this window you will be able to see the option for touchpad settings; click on the touchpad settings and the page in the picture below will come up.
Once on this Dell Touchpad screen, you can personalize the scrolling and zoom settings according to your need.
In case the touchpad settings option is missing from the mouse tab as mentioned in the third step; the touchpad driver would need to be reinstalled.
