Problem of Instant Launch Manager and other touch keys

Dear Dell supporters! My computer laptop is Dell XPS L401X and its service tag is . The problem is that my Instant Launch Manager key and another media touch key " Realtek HD Audio Manager " aren't work, but the Windows Mobility Center touch key is work. I absolutely have no idea about what happens to my computer right now and i really feel bad about it. Also, i wonder what the driver name of those media touch keys is because I'm just thinking if i know its driver, maybe i can work it out. Besides, I'm very please to get any of the solutions from all of you, and i would be appreciated. Thanks for your helpful.

Download the "Quickset" drivers under "Applications" via Dell Drivers & Downloads

Hi, I am facing a similar problem with my Instant Launch manager. I have tried downloading 'Quickset', but it says, 'No files to Download', and nothing happens after that...Please help!

Once you hit "Download" it should prompt you to save the file. I still have the file which is named "R295126", here's the direct link

Step by step:

1.Open the link posted above-in the blue hyperlink text.

2.Download and run the .exe file-you may get a warning about the file, click "continue" or "OK" or "run".

3.When it asks where to unzip the files to, leave the destination folder the same, and click "next".

4.The installer will then open, click next until you get to the screen which asks you to either "Modify", "Repair" or "Install".

5.Click "Repair" and click "next".

6.Wait for the installer to finish and exit.
