Technical Services for United Arab Emirates

Hello to all,

I have a Dell Inspiron N5110 which i bought from Virgin in Dubai Mall, when i bought it i purchased extended warranty and now i require technical servicing as the laptop has suffered damage. My problem is that the website for Dell aren't specific on where or who i can contact to carry out the repairs, a lot of countries are listed but the UAE is not one of them. I am gonna assume that they have a help service for my country since they sell their products here.

The main issues with my laptop are the Screen is cracked and needs to be replaced, several plastic panels have minor damage to them, the hard drive is broken but i have sent it to be recovered at a cost of nearly 1000 euros. Other internal components may be damaged but at a glance they seem fine, the computer boots up and detects the processor, ram and graphics card. I have been told that perhaps purchasing another computer would be a better solution, but i believe the only major thing to be replaced is the screen which i hope the return to factory warranty will cover.

I would really appreciate some help, perhaps the contact details for the technical support in the UAE.
