What is 24/7 worldwide support?
This is what I was sold with my new laptop - now refusing to charge the battery more than 75% and sometimes not charging at all.
The only numbers I have for UK support - Support 0844 338 1200 / 3488 - the first says they are only open 8-6 and the second is permanently engaged.
Can anyone help?

I am sorry for the inconvenience. Please update BIOS and check. Click on the link below, enter the system service tag and click Submit. Select the Operating system from the drop down list to get drivers for your system model:

The first # that is 0844 338 1200 is the technical department number and their working hours is 8AM to 6PM from Monday to Friday. Prosupport is 24*7 and the number is 0844 444 3844.
