XPS 15 L501x Ram

It seems my both Hynix Ram is not working properly. Possibly caused by faulty power adapter. But now i have changed the adaptor but i think damage has been done now. So now i want 2 new ram,
But lately i am facing some serious doubts regarding which ram is available & which one is compatible.

Laptop Details
Dell XPS 15 L501x
I7 Cpu Q740 @ 1.73 GHZ
500 GB 7200 RPM Seagate
Nvidia GT 435M 2 GB (dedicated)
2x4gb Hynix DDR3 Ram
According to Speccy my Chipset is HM57

This my ram

My local dealer says you wont find ram for this since it doesnt support DDR3l & DDr3 is hard to found.
SO i searched online ecommerce site but i am not sure about my sytem requirement, what i want, 1.5v/1.35v, DDR3L/DDR3, Dimm/Sodimm. 1333/1600 can anybody help me what my system can support? Thanks in advance

Thanks but i want to know what is my requirement,
As far as i can search about my default ram
It is DDR3 1.5V SODIMM 1333MHZ so my question is can i run 1600MHZ ram too? What about latency should i consider those things as well?

Ask your supplier about compatibility - however, installing faster RAM won't help with speed (the system cannot run RAM faster than 1333 MHz no matter what speed the faster RAM is rated for).

I just called & asked at Dell customer support. They told me my system supports both 1333/1600 MHZ

So my question is even if doesnt support 1600 cant i run 1600 in my system? Becuase i am not interested in faster ram, i am interested just because compatible 1333 mhz ram is not available easily whereas 1600 is there plenty.
I mean there is no hardware danger of running faster ram?

There is no danger in running faster RAM -- but what you're looking for is a compatibility guarantee.  No one can issue that other than the vendor you buy from (of course, Dell will guarantee what it sells will work, but not all vendors do).
