how to clean the fan
i've had my Inspiron 6000 for 9 months and the fan has finally become loud & needs cleaning. How do I got about this? I noticed lately that when I use CPU-intensive applications that the right side of the keyboard becomes quite hot, and when I stop using those apps it returns to a more normal temperature (RAM usage does not seem to affect the temperature much). I am assuming this is occuring because the CPU is not being cooled properly, so I would like to clean it out and get my laptop rocking again.
thank you.
thank you.

if it fails to clean it properly then you'll have to open the laptop to do a manual ciean.

Click on Notebooks, then Inspiron, then User Guides and read the instructions in the manual.
