Admin Password to proceed with flash
Hi Team Dell, I am using Precision 3520 (touch screen) but unfortunately touch is not working after some days of purchase. and touch pad also very slow . i think it is due to drivers issue but when i try to update driver a popup occur that ask admin password .so where i can get this password can you provide please ?. see attachment

Hi,
Did you ever configure an Admin password on your BIOS? If so, use this one. If not, it might still be blank and you can just hit enter on the prompt. If that doesn't work, you need to call Dell support for this. They will ask you for proof that you actually own the device and once you have, they'll help you recover the password.
