Automatic safeshutter not working after BIOS update

After upgrade to 1.8.0 BIOS, safeshutter is not working on my laptop anymore (Latitude 9430). Unfortunately it is not possible to downgrade below 1.7.0 now so I cant tell you which version I had before from factory.

I can controll safeshutter manualy with F9, camera is working and both drivers are installed in correct order. Tested with Dell factory image and also with clean Win 11 22H2 and DCU advanced driver recovery options.
