I have the latest windows 10 feature update (1809). I made a clean reinstall of both video cards: I reinstalled the latest Intel Graphic driver for Intel Graphics 530 (Driver Version 25.20.100.6519) and also the latest driver version of the AMD video card. After installing the driver of the AMD video card, the graphic card disappeared in the device manager. Another one also had the same problem (https://www.dell.com/community/Laptops-General-Read-Only/Dell-Precision-3510-ePSA-4300-24/m-p/5183440). But I also don't know where to find the PCIe adapter because it is NOT shown in the 3510 manual.

I searched for this problem already in Google - but so far nothing helped.
