Drivers & Downloads with Support Assistant stuck downloading

I went to check drivers on Dell, clicked the suggested button to use Support Assistant, it downloaded and installed, then went through it's wizard or whatever where it said I needed two different drivers, I clicked to download them through Download Manager, and they've just been stuck here like this:

Is there a specific reason? My internet speed is fine, working as normal broadband, no problem anywhere else.
