External graphics for E6410

I'm trying to upgrade my Latitude e6410 with external graphics. Using this device https://ru.aliexpress.com/item/PCIe-PCI-E-V8-4D-EXP-GDC-External-Laptop-Video-Card-Dock-Laptop-Docking-Station-Mini/32823116491.html?spm=a2g0s.8937460.0.0.1KDQup  with Nvidia gtx650. But it's working only on external display. Unfortunatly internal laptop display shows black screen.

Any ideas about this? Maybe there are some settings to fix it?

There's no way to fix this - the system isn't designed for a external GPU.  That GPU will only display on an external monitor, period.

But,Are you sure that we can 100% connect an egpu to Dell Laptop e6410 with an external monitor?
