How do I get pass the Dell security manager password
Hi I just bought a Dell latitude e5570 laptop off offer up and it has a Dell security manager password on it and I can't get ahold of the person I bought it from to get the password is there a way I can bypass this or did I just get ripped off buying a laptop that I can't use plz let me know i really need this laptop for work plz and thank you

If it's a software password (under Windows), simply reformat and reload the operating system.
If it's a hardware password (at powerup or for the hard drive), contact the seller -- if they can't provide it, return the system for a refund.
