Is there built-in user access to the e7450 CPU temp sensor ? (without 3rd party software)

Corporate laptop, BIOS and drivers updated, vent clear, etc.

My laptop is running hot; I used a thermocouple to get the temp under the laptop (44.4c/112f) but that isn't going to be the same as the actual CPU/GPU temp inside the case. I found one post where someone installed 3rd party software that gave them the CPU temp, but I'm in a locked IT environment and can't install any software.

The laptop does have 'Dell Command | Power Manager' installed and I see that Thermal Setting is set to "optimized" but I don't see anywhere to access more detailed info (like actual CPU temp)

Is there any way for an end user to see the actual CPU temp without installing additional software? 

e7450 running Win10 x64
