Latitude 5414 cellular adapter missing........
I have a Latitude 5414 with windows 10 pro. I cannot get the cellular adapter to even appear to enable/disable when card is inserted into laptop. I have checked drivers multiple times and also done updates many times also. Please help as I need this working asap as I am going to be working on remote radio sites with no network access.

Do you know if the WWAN card was ordered with the system? It's optional at point of sale. The systems all have a SIM card slot but need the WWAN card to be installed for it to be operational. If you PM me the service tag I can check the configuration for you.
