Latitude 5580 FingerPrint
Hello ,
at the company we have notebooks dell 5580 . After good experiences we have problem with fingerprint. When you use fingerprint to login into Windows you must use too many attempts and your system will lock - You must use PIN/Passoword. You have any experiences with this ?
I tried actualize driver and set Windows Hello.

When was this working fine?
Since how long back he issue started?
Could you please open command prompt and type systeminfo and hit enter, scroll up and share a screenshot. ^PM

Sometimes fingerprint function passed on first attempt or second, but most attempt are bad and on third attempt and system will lock.

I don´t know . Since purchase. Maybe it is problem with desing. Fingerprint reader is buid in 2-3mm ,in pastic frame.
I'm trying to solve this problem ,because a lot of people are asking me about the fingerprint problem.

I have a 5580 all updated, windows 10 reinstalled ... but fingerprint goes 1 times every 50
