Latitude 7280 No Video with latest Intel video drivers
I have a Latitude 7280 running Windows 10, and when I update to the latest Intel video drivers from the Dell site (24.20.100.6223), I get no video either externally or on the laptop display. Everything boots up normally, as I can remote desktop in and see that everything is running, but the only video I get is an occasional mouse flicker.
I tried updating as well to the latest driver on Intel's site (24.20.100.6229), and that produces the same result.
I have to return to the prior driver (23.20.16.4973) to get video back. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Thanks!!

For the greater good, this turned out to be an incompatibility between the latest Intel HD video drivers and Intel Unite, which was getting automatically installed by Skype. Here's a link to an updated Intel Unite driver that solved the issue: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000029437/software.html
