PN556W doesn’t work

Whenever i try to write with my pen on my latitude I face the same problem. The pen doesn’t only write when i touch the screen with it, it also writes when i don’t touch the screen. It already makes a line whenever i am close. Is there a solution for this? I can’t read my own handwriting due to this problem.
