Stuck at Dell Login Screen after Windows Update
We have updated our 7400 with Windows March Update. We restart the machine and it goes away. There are times that we restart the machine and it gets stuck again. Anyone else seeing this ? If so, is there a solution around it ?

If you are able to boot into windows 10, I suggest rolling back to previous version of windows 10 by following steps in link below:
