USB 3 port not working with Windows Mixed Reality headset error 7-13 ITP
I have an e6430 with i7 and two USB 3.0 ports, powered and unpowered. I just did a clean install of the latest Win10x64 Home edition (NOv 2020) on a new SSD. No yellow flags in Device Manager. DM shows USB 3.0 eXtensible host and USB root hub 3.0 using Microsoft drivers (needed per WMR docs).
Samsung Odyssey+ WMR headset starts mixed reality portal and then shows error 7-13 (ITP not supported/working on USB 3 port ?). BUT, Odyssey+ sound IS working on headset - so USB 3 is partially working. Headset was working on desktop just fine.
I also tried a powered D6000 USB 3 dock and got same results.
I tried Dell drivers also, same result.
-----------I cannot find out if e6430 hardware for USB 3 supports ITP, or a drive to make it work.--------------------
Thanks everyone.

Service tag sent via private message.
Also, I downloaded the Samsung WMR app, and it connects to my Odyssey+ and says I have firmware version 1.0.2 which is the latest. So again, the USB3 port is partially working.

This is a BOT. I sent my service tag # and got a reply I'm out of warranty. Yeah,I knew that.
Anyone ALIVE that can help with this ?
I now get WMR USB3.0 error 7-13 code. Even though all USB 3 drivers are MS signed.

Is this the headset? If so, there are a number of requirements your system is too old to meet:
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111321/
Your system does not have the CPU, GPU or USB level required.
