WiFi adapter connection

Suddenly my dell 5501 is not able to connect to a WiFi network (2.4GHz + 5GHz). After switching off 5GHz network there is network connection to 2.4GHz network. Switching on 5GHz again and the connection is lost. It has been working correctly for over a year.
