Wireless Icon has a red X on it Please help

The computer that I'm using is Dell Inc.latitude E5520

BIOS version: Default system BIOS

Model: OKCT5J

VERSION: AO1

Edition: Microsoft Windows Ultimate (32-bit)

I have tried many things:

1. Reinstalling from device manager

2. Checking window updates

3. Enable/Disable and auto turn on from adapter setting

But non worked... there are no buttons on the keyboard to switch on the wireless capability.

I pressed F12 while the laptop was turning on to enter booting options, then

Diagnostics and I found out that WLAN is "Disabled" and WirelessSwitch is "off".

I don't know how to turn them on... Thank you for your consideration! I need help...20200526_175651.jpg20200526_175733.jpg

@Dell_loveyy  When I looked up the Latitude E5520 on support.dell.com and checked the Documentation section, I found a "Setup and Features Information" document, linked here.  It contains a diagram indicating that there is in fact a wireless switch on the front edge of the system, i.e. in front of the touchpad and slightly to the left.

Windows Ultimate is not an operating system. Windows 7, 8.1 and windows 10 are operating systems. Which one do you have?

Meantime--Setup your network connections again.
