how to identify correct replacement screen for Dell Latitude 5285

Hi, I'm thinking of buying this https://www.parts-people.com/index.php?action=item&id=27060 But it says "This screen assembly is compatible with 5285 tablets equipped with the optional IR camera." I have no idea what that is, whether or not my machine has one, or how to find out. I've gone through Dell help menus, the chat tool etc. No help. So now I'm at the point where the only way I can find out is to buy one and see if it fits. Any advice appreciated. Mike P
