Precision 5540 and Linux 4.15.0-1066-oem broken
The new kernel results in my laptop hanging at the Ubuntu boot screen.
Removing that image and reverting back to Linux 4.15.0-1065-oem gets me back to a working machine.

And for those unsure how to proceed:
On boot hit escape key until you get the GRUB bootloader
Select Ubuntu advanced options
Select the Linux 4.15.0-1065-oem entry and boot from that.
Google how to list your kernels and remove the problem package in question (Linux 4.15.0-1066-oem)
Hopefully Dell will address this with an updated kernel at some point.
