precision 5510 / fails to recover factory image
Hi there,
i am facing a critical pb with my precision. I decided to recover the factory image i received my machine with (i was not happy after updating & upgrading that seemed to slow the machine down). I used a USB flash drive on which i had burnt the iso image created previously with the dell recovery tool.
The process of reinstallation starts fine : it copies the files and installs grub. But then it restarts and goes through the same process endlessly.
Did i do something wrong ? The machine won't boot at all now, so i am kind of screwed.

Forget about my previous post (don't know how to delete it). Actually you have to manually shut down the machine and restart without the usb key to finish the installation process... It was not obvious to me, sorry about that.
Well anyone without a clue will know now :-)
