Dell drivers or utilities for Ubuntu Linux 18.04?
Recently got a new Inspiron 15-3567 Intel I-5 based laptop, wiped out the Windows 10 it came with and installed Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. The software installed with no issues, and everything works just fine.
But, does Dell have any special drivers or utilities for this machine or this OS? I poked around the support section of the Dell website and didn't find anything.

Dell does have some things.
HOWEVER
These are not for all Dells All models
and support is not free. Redhat and Ubuntu support tend to be for Enterprise customers with a support contract.
Ubuntu 18.04 released in April 2018 and will be supported until April 2023.

Ubuntu 12.04's LTS period ended April 28, 2017, you can purchase an Ubuntu 12.04 Extended Security Maintenance (ESM) license. Unlike the newer versions of Ubuntu, these updates won't be free.

Ubuntu 12.04 patches will be available only through the Ubuntu Advantage support plan. Prices start at $150 per year per server and $250 per year with a minimum of 10 virtual servers. The latter plan includes work week online and phone technical support. There's also a desktop plan, which will run you $150 per year per desktop with a minimum order of 50 desktops. These updates will be delivered in a secure, private archive available only to customers on a per-node basis.
ESM subscriptions will last for at least twelve months.

Oh, I'm not looking for support; I knew I was on my own the instant I wiped Windows 10 off the disk. I was just curious if there were any useful Dell-specific utilities or the like that I wasn't able to find.
The installation of Ubuntu 18.04 LTS went completely without incident, all the hardware works as it should and all the software I've installed is working as it should as well.
I have 2 Optiplex 3010s (one of which is also running Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) and an old 790, so I've been around the block a few times.

Somehow managed to post the message twice, and there doesn't seem to be any way for me to delete the extra one, so I've edited it to turn it in to an apology.
Sorry for the extraneous message!
