XPS 13 7390, hibernation fails (Fedora)

My XPS 13 7390 is unable to hibernate, returning:

> systemctl hibernate
failed to hibernate system via logind: Sleep verb "hibernate" not supported

I found a few possible solutions like

... but I fear they could be tuned, respectively,  to elementaryOS and Ubuntu, while in my case I run Fedora FC32
