How do I get an American, from U.S.A., from Austin, Texas to answer the phone.    Is Dell tired of hearing the complaints, so they have farmed off customer service and tech support to New Delhi?

Let me know if you have a phone number that is a direct line (tired of 20 plus minute calls and never getting to whom I need to speak with).
