No. Mine worked after fiddling with it like any PC upgrade, minor things like having to look up the meaning. But I strongly advise you to make a backup of your original OS. There are plenty of documentation to follow to do so. Don't be like me. A dunderhead who made a Windows 10 doorstop out of his. I can't get the original .iso anymore apparently.
