Dell Venue 7 3740 lte Bricked (Stuck on Bootloop)

I recently bought Dell venue 7 3740 lte 3G tablet . It's been 1 year since i'v used it . But one day i used to play Huge games on it . I rooted the device and tried to install xda on it for better gaming . But some how it restarted and keep booting . The Dell Logo appears with Lights and after few seconds it blinks . I tried every possible solutions like flashing cmw from recovery mode . But i can't do so , when ever i try to mount the Sd card i.e chose the option , apply "update from external storage" . It gives me error "E:failed to mount /mnt/sdcard1 (so such file or directory)" . I tried using Odin , but can't install drivers of the current device . I can't find the drivers any where on the internet . I used the drivers of the other devices for the purpose to mount it . But The device only appears in Odin or cmd (using command "adb devices") while the device is charging (i.e indicating the battery logo on the screen) . I am feeling helpless , please , If someone is suffering from the same problem and got the fix . Please help me :'( . Thanks !
