Kernel source package of Venue_7_3740_Merrifield provided on the website 'https://opensource.dell.com' isn't correct .

I had visited the following website 'https://opensource.dell.com/releases/Venue_7_3740_Merrifield/developer-edition/A195/' and downloaded 'dell_venue_kernel.tgz ' for my 'Dell Venue 7 3740 tablet ' .

I followed the document instructions and got a successfully built boot.img . My boot.img even got installed into the tablet by fastboot. But the boot.img didn't work . I noticed that the size of built non working boot.img was not same as the size of the working boot.img . Hence I did some research and found out that the kernel  present in the working boot.img is different from the kernel of non working boot.img. 

I am sure that the kernel source files and the kernel configurations aren't correct.

Can you please provide me the right kernel source package
