All pixels smudge towards the right
Hi! I have been trying to fix problems with my computer for a long time, granted most of the problems arn't that bad, but they are extreamly annoying.
OK, so... I have a: Dell 1908FP-BLK.
I am using two: ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3.
All of the pixles smudge to the right on my screen, it depends on the colour of the 2 pixels and how meny there are. Normal text on a white background (like on these forums) looks normal, bold text smudges to the left, white text on a brown background -like on runescape main page- (I know, runescape... don't care what you think, I like the game) look the worst, it all smudges to the right and when I hilight it it smudges about 2 cm.
I have the most up to date drivers I could find; I am using a Alienware, I'm on here as a last resort before I call suport and tell the to send one of they're guys over here to fix it.
If you want to help, ask me of any info you want; I'll try to give it to you.

:emotion-6: I can't.... I've taken a picture with a 10 megapixel camera, it just dosn't show in pictures. But I've realised something. If I change a setting, then change it back the smudging isn't as visible... So now I have to change the resolution everey time when I go on if I want the smudging to fade away... it's not that bad...
I realised this when I took one of those monitor calibration tests, I changed some settings, didn't like the new look, changed them back and the smudging was almost gone. Meh, I'm going to need a new monitor soon anyway. This one's only 1280x1024 (said the person who had a 800x600 monitor before...) and I'll upgrade it when I get a new Radeon card... I want the new Radeon Hd 4900 to get cheaper first.
