AW3821DW, stuck on 60Hz refresh rate
Hi, I just got AW3821DW. I use it connect to Razer Chroma X with Gigabyte 5700XT Via DP.
But I can not select the refresh to 144Hz
I have checked the Display Info from the Monitor showing
Current : 3840*1600 60Hz
Max: 3840*1600 144Hz
I'm using two monitors at the moment, another one is ASUS XG32V (VIA HDMI). I've attached the screenshot that I could select the refresh rate on the menu but there is no refresh rate selection on the Dell monitor page.
P.S. All the cables I'm using are coming with the monitor or I bought from Apple store.
Could anyone advise me how to do the setting to 144Hz please:)
thanks so much in advance

This is the first hit on Google so I thought I'd come in with an answer as this happened to me on Windows. I had originally connected through a Display Port cable to get Windows to properly detect the monitor I instead hooked it up through HDMI AND Display Port at the same time. I then rebooted my system at which point the system detected it as two different monitors. From here I was able to unhook the HDMI cable and rebooted. At this point the display started to function normally and hasn't had any issues since.
