C5519Q, DDM support, multiple sources

Question

I am looking to replace an existing 3 x 23.5' monitor setup with a new single 4K monitor.  The 43' monitors are a bit smaller than I think I would like as they are in effect 2 x 2 21.5' 1080 monitors.  While I would like something in the 48-50' range the C5519Q is close at 2 x 2 27' 1080 monitors and should be OK I think.  I do have some concern about a .315 pixel pitch. This will be on a desktop at about 30' away.  I am mostly concerned about the DDM functionality for this monitor.  It is not clear from the DDM Manual for this product if I can use Easy Arrange with multiple sources.  It only talks about windows, not devices.  I currently have 2 computers all the time and would like to be able to add a laptop to the mix.

Page 11 in the C5519Q DDM User's Guide is telling us that once you choose the "Active" PC, the other tabs (Basic, Auto Mode, Easy Arrange) would then apply to that chosen "Active" PC.

What is not clear is if you add a 3rd and 4th PC (C5519Q has VGA/DP/HDMI/HDMI in ports), will they also appear on the DDM Input Manager tab? Researching this.
