CheckeMON and Phase for 2408wfp

I run the program CheckeMON and the test 'Phase' failed. Does any body know how I can correct it ?   thank you

Try Auto Adjust, Pixel Clock and Phase in the OSD.

I play with my graphics controler prop : GAMA, CONTAST and BRIGHTNESS and now it is better.

then I check again the phase and its also ok.

CONTAST and BRIGHTNESS on my graphics controler prop ( adjust by the mouse) are the same function as

the OSD of DELL (I do not like buttons)?
